Today's post: Richard in his natural habitat, Hemlingby, where he does the vast bulk of his run training, a wee bit o' weight lifting from time to time, and makes himself very happy. What a handsome fellow!

I also thought I would share some photos from my tripup to Sundsvall: boy did I get lucky last night! A broken heater in the tiny room I was first assigned resulted in an upgrade to this fine suite.

Turned out to be just the space we needed for a little 'after party' following a full day's discussion of publication prognoses and impact factors and other such items.
